ElisaM 11 May 2021 14:50 Non evaluated contribution	Bonjour, J'essaye de réenraciner mon arbre avec plus de valeurs pour les groupes extérieurs or il 'affiche le message d'erreur suivant: ERROR: Outgroup's LCA is tree's root - cannot reroot. Try -l. J'ai essayé d'écrire : BPAPP1-Bacteria-Proteobacteria-Alphaproteobacteria-Pelagibactera BPARC1-Bacteria-Proteobacteria-Alphaproteobacteria-Rickettsiales et cela ne marche pas, est-ce un problème du Meglecz20CTES 12 May 2021 8:14 Game master	Bonjour Élisa, C’est n’est pas une erreur de logiciel, vous avez mal choisi les identifiants. Il ne sera pas possible de parfaitement séparer les Pelagibacterales et des autres ordres. Faites une recherche sur les Pelagibacterales et Rickettsiales pour établir leur relation au sein des alphaproteobacteria. Cela va vous aider de redéfinir légèrement le groupe d’étude et extérieur (sans devoir choisir des séquences autrement). Pour aide, dans votre arbre, il faut trouver le nœud qui représente le plus récent ancêtre commun de groupe extérieur. Le reste est dans les vidéos. Bon travail, Emese Meglecz

Comme les deux groupes ne sont pas réellement séparé, cela veut dire que mon résultat est faux? Faut-il changer? Meglecz20CTES 12 May 2021 18:06 Game master	Re-bonjour Elisa, Je vous ai suggéré à garder les mêmes séquences, mais modifiez la définition de groupe d’étude. Ceci dit, votre solution n’est pas mal non plus. Par contre vous n’avez toujours pas placé la racine correctement. Dans votre dernier arbre, identifiez le dernier ancêtre commun des séquences des Rickettsiales et suivez les vidéos pour voir comment sélectionner des identifiants. J’arrête de vous aider à ce point.
