I think you all may be a bit confused about the La Trobe University project. This is a public, international and professional forum for this specific project involving dna sequences obtained throughout the oceans of the world.
The project A, involving a hypothetical case of protein fragments should not be discussed on this forum. That is what we have the La Trobe University LMS forum for. I doubt tetanus toxin with the exact sequence found in the practical manual was found in one of the ocean samples... Also, protein fragments do not have open reading frames.
