I think you all may be a bit confused about the La Trobe University project. This is a public, international and professional forum for this specific project involving dna sequences obtained throughout the oceans of the world.
The project A, involving a hypothetical case of protein fragments should not be discussed on this forum. That is what we have the La Trobe University LMS forum for. I doubt tetanus toxin with the exact sequence found in the practical manual was found in one of the ocean samples... Also, protein fragments do not have open reading frames. Please use the correct forum to discuss your work. |
