Pas de panique!! Votre ORF est simplement plus court que ses homologues. De ce fait, l\'alignement multiple entre votre sequence et les homologues est bel et bien realisee dans la partie C-ter des proteines ... Il n\'y a donc rien d\'incoherent à cela... D\'ailleurs dans le processus Align-Phylogenie, le programme Gblocks filtre votre alignement multiple pour ne retenir ques les positions informatives et dans votre cas, ce sera probablement dans la partie C-ter des proteines ...
