** the following sequences were obtained by running BLAST to identify putative sequence homologs of our ORF by using the BLAST services of the NCBI. Blastp approach was used (ORF protein sequence against protein database). using the blast results we created two groups: the study group (which contains up to 20 sequences, that represents homologs belonging to the same taxonomic group as our ORF) and the external group ( which contains around 5 sequences, that represent the closest homologs not belonging to the study group that will serve to root the phylogenetic tree).
