la séquence étudiée est reliée spécifiquement au groupe des alpha protéobactéries (sans émerger à l’intérieur). On peut donc conclure que la séquence est proche de ce groupe, même si on ne peut pas conclure qu’elle appartient au groupe. Il s’agit soit du représentant d’une lignée inconnue appartenant au groupe des alpha protéobactéries, soit du représentant d’une lignée inconnue proche parente.


De plus, en prenant en compte les informations fournies par INTERPRO (domaine dont l'activité serait une activité de transport), on peut émettre l'hypothèse que le groupe dans lequel ferait partit notre séquence soit orthologue au groupe des alpha-protéobactéries. La séquence coderait alors pour un transporteur ABC.


On aurait donc, le groupe 1 paralogue au groupe 2 et le groupe 3 paralogue au groupe 4.

ANALYSE DES RÉSULTATS:


Les résultats sont peu concluant avec swissprot. En effet, sur les 47 hits seuls 3 hits seraient exploitables (e-value inférieure à 0.001).

Par contre, le blastp contre n/r donne de nombreux hits (100hits) dont les e-values sont comprises entre 5e-94 et 4e-20.

Les séquences homologues détectées par blast s'alignent sur toute la longueur de la séquence protéique. Inversement, la séquence étudiée s'aligne sur la seconde moitié des séquences homologues trouvées (avec des pourcentages d'identités toujours supérieurs à 50%). On note également que les séquences homologues sont toutes plus longues que la query (entre 580 et 480).

On trouve deux sortes d'homologues : les séquences homologues codant pour des extracellular solute-binding protein et les séquences homologues codant pour des transporteur ABC.


Les analyses suivantes (phylogénie : arbre, alignements multiples) seront basés sur les résultats obtenus par le blastp contre n/r.
