So many errors and warnings......

Can these be solved in the later process? Or, did I do something wrong?

This is absolutely normal at this stage, I mentioned briefly this morning that the information required here will require us to first identify which ORF encodes the Spike protein (for which we need the BLASTp results).

So don't worry for now about the following "errors":
