Annotator commentaries

Recherche d'orf: On a choisit l'orf 1 dans le cadre de lecture 1 sur le brin reverse car c'est le plus long. De plus notre séquence ne commence pas par un atg.

La recherche de domaines protéiques sur interproscan nous donne un seul domaine protéique qui est une Carbohydrate kinase donc notre protéine a un role dans le métahbolisme des sucres.

Résultat du blastp: On obtient des séquences homologues à la notre avec de très petit e-value donc notre séquence est codante. De plus, les séquences avec les plus petits e-value sont toutes des cyanobactéres donc on peut emettre l'hypothèse que notre séquence est une cyanobactérie Ainsi les cyanobactéries seront notre groupe d'étude et on prend comme groupe extérieur les bactéries ( dont les euryarchae et protéobecter)

Résultat de l'alignement multiple: Le cluestalw nous montre que notre séquence est incomplète en Nter donc partielle

Résultat de l'arbre phylogénétique: L'orthologue le plus proche de notre séquence est une prochlorococcus donc on peut dire que notre séquence fait partie de la famille des cyanobactérie et plus précisément au sous groupe des prochlorococcus.
