Annotator commentaries

Sequence analyzed was partial part of a complete gene, which was shown by the MSA results. This sequence is mostly found in Proteobacteria and it showed very good homolgy with Shewanella sp. ANA-3.

RESULTS ANALYSIS


As the SMS ORFinder produced only 1 ORF which is ORF number 1 in reading frame 3 on the direct strand extends from base 138 to base 950. This showed good homology through NR database. But it does not contains any stop codon which means that it can be apart of protein.
