Après la 1ère correction on nous a dis que notre arbre était mal raciné et que l'on devait le raciner a partir du noeud A.
Nous ne savons absolument pas comment faire pour raciner notre arbre différemment.
pourriez vous nous éclairer s'il vous plait?

Bonjour,
Le re-enracinement de votre arbre se fait sous phylogeny.fr, etape 6 (Tree rendering) de votre analyse phylogenetique..., puis cliquez sur le boton reroot, puis sur la branche qui servira de nouvelle racine, pour avoir le nouvel arbre...
