pas de domaines protéiques

Bonjour,
dans notre recherche d\'ORF nous en avons beaucoup on a donc pris le plus important mais nous ne trouvons pas de domaines protéique, nous avons donc essayé d\'autres ORF, celles qui contiennent plus de 60 codons et une seule nous donne un domaine protéique de 63 acides aminés mais sans fiche interpro. Que devons nous faire?

Bonjour,

dans votre cas, vous avez 3 ORF qui sont environ de même longueur (les 3 plus grands). Sur ces trois, l'un donne des domaines interpro (avec fiche interpro). Si les 2 autres ne vous donnent ni domaines protéiques, ni homologues dans blast, alors partez sur l'analyse de celui qui donne des domaines interpro.
Par contre, il est extrêmement important de justifier votre choix, en indiquant que vous avez testé les 3 plus grands orf, et en décrivant les raisons de votre choix!
