Blastp findings of the -2, +1 and +3 reading frames of the genomic sequence

The -2 frame sequence expressed a conserved protein domain relating to the Major Facilitator Superfamily of proteins, but is incomplete due to the lack of a stop codon in the given open reading frame. The translated -2 frame sequence showed a localization score of 10.00 as a cytoplasmic membrane protein in Gram negative bacteria and branches out more closely to euryarchaeota in the phylogenetic tree. The next two longest open reading frames, the +1 and +3 frame sequences, that were also analysed showed no conserved protein domains with no homology with the BLASTp results.
