Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in frame -1, there is codon 2 to 1024 (length of 1023) which has a length of 340 amino acids. It has no stop codon present. It has a complete sequence.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in the second frame -1, there is codon 1043 to 1147 (length of 105) which has a length of 34 amino acids. There is a stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in frame -2, there is codon 259 to 375 (length of 117) which has a length of 38 amino acids. There is a stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in frame -3, there is codon 435 to 620 (length of 186) which has a length of 61 amino acids. There is a stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in the second frame -3, there is codon 1 to 110 (length of 110) which has a length of 36 amino acids. There is no stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in the third frame -3, there is codon 753 to 860 (length of 108) which has a length of 35 amino acids. There is a stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in the first frame +3, there is codon 231 to 359 (length of 129) which has a length of 42 amino acids. There is a stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in the second frame +3, there is codon 714 to 824 (length of 111) which has a length of 36 amino acids. There is a stop codon present.

Upon usage of the ORF Finder on NCBI, it was known that in the third frame +3, there is codon 1068 to 1173 (length of 107) which has a length of 35 amino acids. There is no stop codon present.
