Neighboring fragments

Hi all,

I\'ve found a long proteic domain in my fragment. The problem is that it has no Met aa at the beginning and no stop codon at the end. I believe it would be evident to analyse now the 2 neighboring fragments in order to have a complete annotation (the whole aa sequence) of this region of the genome. How to get those 2 neighboring sequences ?

Cheers,
Ccile

Hi,

I'm not sure it's possible because of the way of having the sequences... It's easier for me to explain in french. But it's my point of view and memories (2 years ago I did it with my class)
